Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns Due To Our Error

If you need to return tyres because of an error on our part (we sent the wrong product, the tyres are defective, or damaged in shipping), we will arrange return freight and send out the correct replacement immediately.

Standard Returns

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned tyres must be in new and unused condition, with no signs of mounting or road use.

Return Process

1. Contact our team via phone or email to request a return authorisation.
2. Provide your order number and details of the items to be returned.
3. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and arrange freight collection.
4. Ensure tyres are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refund or replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Tyres that have been mounted, used, or show signs of road wear.
• Tyres with damage caused by improper storage or handling.
• Custom-made or special order items.
