Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Because we strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible (often within hours), the window to cancel an order is very small. If you need to cancel, please call us immediately. Emailed cancellation requests may not be processed in time to stop the dispatch.

Cancelling After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the delivery to arrive and then follow our Returns Policy to return the tyres for a refund or exchange.

Modification of Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an order once it has been confirmed. If you need additional tyres, please place a new order. We may be able to combine shipments if you contact us before the first order is dispatched.

Backorders

If a tyre is on backorder, you may cancel that specific item or the entire order at any time before it comes back in stock and ships. We will confirm stock availability via email within 24 hours of your order.
